For over twenty years, Alaska Smokehouse has been smoking our salmon where it’s caught – in Alaska. All of our salmon is wild, and it’s processed at the source. We smoke our hand-cut fillets over Alder fires, using our traditional Native American recipe - all natural, with no MSG, sugar, artificial preservatives/colors, or nitrates. The whole salmon fillet is packed in a retort pouch, allowing a 5-year shelf life.
